How do I cancel my services?

To cancel your services, please call us and we will be able to assist.

  • All cancellations are done on the 1st of each month.
  • All equipment must be returned to our office in Dawson Creek by the cancellation date or the account will continue to be billed.

 

Rural Wireless Equipment

  • All radio equipment mounted to the home or other structures
  • POEs and power adapters for all radios
  • WiFi Routers and power adapters
  • Any additional equipment that was installed for a Split Connection or custom installation.
  • Ethernet cable and satellite arms do not need to be returned

 

Urban Internet Equipment

  • Cable modem and power adaptor
  • WiFi Routers and power adapters
  • Any and all radio equipment that was installed, including radios, POEs, related power adaptors, etc.
